Hey new friends!!! Wanted to introduce myself since I met so many new people last weekend at the #crossfitgames!
👉🏼I’m Morghan, 🙋🏼‍♀️, I’m a 2016 Rio Olympian for @teamusa. I hold the American Snatch Record at 83K which I broke in Rio in the 48k(106lbs) class. I have two wonderful puppies. I love all things sports, have been an athlete my whole life and found weightlifting through CrossFit at the end of 2012! Big fan of yoga and meditation and if I’m not in the gym, I am either outside, reading or sleeping.
