Just made this - couldn't get fresh curry leaves, so used dried from local Asian supermarket. Still got that very faint, delicious smokiness. Eating it right now - absolutely sublime! Thank you both, @nigellalawson and @meerasodha!

Thank you for supporting plant- based. Hey Nigella, how about a vegan book from you? I love your books and convert the recipes to veggie but would be great to have plant- based Nigella book.
