#tbt This picture makes me 😂. I think it’s 1997 or 1998. I took this pic for @People Magazine mag , on the beach in Santa Monica. I was SO excited to get to do yoga because it had not become main stream yet, but it was a huge part of my life at that point. I am so thankful for all of the healing benefits it gave me during my twenties. I met so many great teachers that helped and guided me- among them #matyezraty , @seanecorn and @shivarea108 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

paulhorvathnh Thank you for being an inspiration. I do yoga as part of a vigorous workout and run on weekends. I am started doing road races last year. At 60 years of age I feel and look younger
