Been doing a lot of this lately! Staying as fit and strong as possible so that when I can start climbing and training properly again I don’t have to make up so much ground work!
Staying motivated is a KEY to SUCCESS in hard times and when you do find yourself feeling down try to turn it around and become POSITIVE again! 😁

Stay positive and work around your injury, but also use some of your down time to do something you wouldn't normally have time to do. When I smashed an ankle in a motorcycle wreck I worked around it but also took up photography and played more guitar.. All the very best to you.

yes you can do it, you have to give yourself the time to heal sometimes, it's absolutely necessary. I know it can be hard to have reduced mobility for a time, but you'll be back at 100% in no time 💆

Exactly Alex! You are on the right track! This workout will give you sense of your body and movements you never imagined! And you will use this knowledge later in climbing. Just keep on going!🙌🙌🙌

I just fractured my right knee with a similar bouldering fall as yours yesterday :( Surgery next week. Worried about climbing fitness loss but will take your words to heart!
