He never said he doesn’t know what he’s doing or that he’s not training. He said he doesn’t go in with a pre-set plan...but that he trains 6 days a week. Guy has been training for 20 years so, at this point, he can just be intuitive. Too many people reading “doesn’t have a set plan” as “doesn’t train” or “does random stuff”. If a civilian goes in with no plan they don’t do what he does. He’s an expert y’all. So, his “no plan” is still virtuosic because he knows exactly what he’s doing.

I still can’t get over a short WWE video he did when he gave up the Universal title, and he said cause he was feeling down he ate porridge for breakfast as a TREAT! 😭😭😭 That’s when I knew there’s a WHOLE other level to these athlete’s diets 😨

Hes always been lean, so he then packed on muscle by being in a caloric surplus with sufficient protein & a solid routine. Now im sure he does whatever he wants at the gym, wrestles & keeps his protein up & calories at Low/maintenance

The exercise is overrated, the important thing is a good diet. A lot of stew, lots of lentils, lots of vegetables, lots of fruit, some meat and fish ... what has been the Mediterranean diet.
