Queen of volume right now (& also queen of change plates). One set of each from my 4,3,2,4,3,2,4,3,2 snatches in today’s second session, the set of 3 being my favorite of the whole day. It’s been a tough couple weeks, but my body is handling it all very well and I’m SO excited to build to heavier things soon. Back is stable and still working on the strong part, but it’s all comin along. But most importantly, my hair doesn’t whip me in the face anymore after chopping 6” off, so that’s obviously my biggest win of the week. One more session till a full rest day!

lizuhrd My hair is so heavy I can’t put it in a bun, so I either ponytail it up or do a French braid. Now I’m stuck with my hair in my pits while trying to squat heavy. It’s a fun time

brutalaccent Nicely work there. Never tried waving with 4-3-2. Sounds terrible, but will try. 🤯 What was your average intensity for the workout?

fdterritory I have no clue how you reset so quickly and go. When I do triples, you could record the time between 2 and 3 with a sundial.

meredithalwine The tail of my bun hit me in the eye on a clean double it stung and was very distracting 0/10 recommend
