@denisedumbshit it should have a place well I’m not sure! Because when I signed up for the plus I was on a waitlist for a week in half maybe 2 weeks at the most and it showed up in my accounts it showed the plus and also showed the bag. It still shows it that way! I have the app, I never use Ipsy on the internet just through the app! But it asks me if I wanna cancel the bag pause it and all of that stuff. You may have had the same thing when you signed up for the plus if you were already getting a bag 🤷♀️ when I joined you had to get the bag and be put on the waitlist for the plus then when I was eligible for the plus I could let my bag go! But I didn’t because I love it so much and it’s only $10.00 + tax. Mine is $10.90 and I’m in Alabama! I just couldn’t turn my bag down! But my friend canceled her bag when she was able to upgrade to the Plus! I’m not sure if it’s still like it was when I signed up. If you have to be subscribed to the bag then sign up for the plus! That’s how it was when I signed up! I hope this helps but try going in and clicking on your account or maybe go to FAQ and it might be there. But since Ipsy answered you then you might not have to email them. I don’t see why you should have to email them. That’s just IMO. BUYER BEWARE! I never recieved my July glam bag or the replacement bag they were supposed to send. They do not respond to any of my emails & there is no customer service number for me to call. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to charge my card again. I recieve packages from other companies all the time & nothing ever comes up missing. Ipsy can't blame this one on the post office, this is all their fault. Now I have to call my Bank &/or the Better Bussiness Bureau to try and get my money back. This company is not worth the headache 👎 👎 👎

Other recent Points items as well as factors like demand are also taken into account. @christinemb6 same on mine! Yet when I emailed Ipsy they told me I was getting the bag and it should be available to view middle of this week. I emailed them back and told them I don’t want the bag anymore and to refund my $$. Waiting on a response. To me it just doesn’t make sense...how is it nearly two weeks later we can’t see what we are getting when if you’re billed on the first you see what you’re getting the next day. And of course nobody has an explanation

@ipsy I was billed on the 2nd and I still can’t see what I will be receiving in my glam bag. I emailed ipsycare and they told me by the middle of this week I should be able to see what I will be getting. @ipsy how does this even make sense?! I literally was billed less than 24 hours after August 1st and still cannot see what I am getting almost 2 weeks later. Ridiculous. I don’t even want the bag anymore I want to cancel this months and get a refund of my $$
