Nocturnal by Nature. I’ve been sleeping like 4 hours a night recently and I think I’m starting to develop super powers like working for 14 hours straight and having next to nothing to show for it. It’s incredible. How many hours of sleep do you need per night? #Burnt #Workaholic #INeedAVacation

trusteft Ideally 7-9 hours, in reality about 3.5 -4 hours and I can feel my body disagreeing. I need a good vacation from everything for the next 30-50 years, but I haven't gone on one since I was a young kid in 1989. I want to get into a spaceship and just set the navigation for the 4th star on the right and sleeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

lawlessbigjay @bonniemckee, Reason for all the pain, high I pressure, result of use of steroid medication, prednisone to be specific, pressure was at 15 two weeks ago, pressure is now at 29. We need to get it down in order to do the next surgery. I’m taking medication to get the pressure down and a more mild steroid.

renatak You need more sleep! Don’t fall into that bad routine. It’s bad for your mental health. Do something disruptive like, write a song on the piano instead of guitar. Hang in there!
