Certainly very vibrant colors. Is it hummous w/out chickpeas or beet dip ? I might roast the garlic clove for a milder garlic flavor. If I did this recipe. I'd argue with Hetty that it's the quality of the feta that makes or breaks horiatiki - sheeps milk feta, French feta are creamier
