Stretch that back! Ok, this isn’t the most glamorous photo but staying limber is so important to a good day on the road. I’m on the constant search for the most non invasive way to keep my back in good shape. Since I discovered yoga, I’ve decreased lower back pain with the simplest of exercises, it just takes commitment. Today’s breakfast was fruit and berries, as I’m eating only one cooked meal a day, the rest is raw food. Yoga is the most ancient form of exercise in the world which not only makes our body fit but it connects it to the nature through mind on its other forms like meditation unto the lap of Mother nature's noiseless, unpopulated close to nature places like river banks or any other place full of beauty of natural beauty... See for the back there is one Aasan or posture in Yoga called Padpachimo Asana or posture... I will post you the image.. Also there is great importance of taking breath in and out while doing Asanas.. It's very important... Like when you suppress or squeeze in a posture and asks result squeeze lungs in any posture then you should breathe out air gently off the lungs and when you come to your normal position gently should take fresh air in... Lungs are just like a balloon !!! In this way your lungs will absorb, develop the capability of absorbing more oxygen and mixing it into your blood and body and your mind will feel that refreshment...breathing will improve and Right breathing helps singing high notes well !!! Please ***WATCH***learn authentic Asanas or postures. This has for the curing back pain strengthening it..but while going up must fill breath inside gently and while returning into normal posture on ground must take breath in gently ....I Will send a photo capture of the posture or Asana in the message or ............. @indie_jones69 Watch the film Earthlings. You can watch it online. For those that go vegan as a diet it usually doesn’t last, but if you do it because you don’t want to support animal cruelty, it will last! I went vegan 16.5 years ago when I read an interview with @bryanadams and he said “if you love animals, you don’t eat them”. I stopped right then!! Thanks to Bryan, I am now vegan for the rest of my life 💚🌱

@bryanadams good for you to do regular yoga, definitely helps. Something's that ppl dont pay attention to is ITBand rolling and getting active release in your hip flexors. The treatment kinda sucks but its a direct correlation to having low back pain. Hugs from Edmonton 🇨🇦

Why don't you get someone to help you write a cook book Bry? Or recipe book of some sort. I know if you put together a vegan daily menu I could fit into a normal living day I would follow it. Most of us have little imagination when it comes to food. Just a thought🤔

Beautiful Bryan! I also have to be careful with posture and my back seems to have rejuvenated since I have discovered Pilates :0) enjoy your healthy food - and nothing wrong with sneaking in a concession every now and then! We love youuu!🍀💚🧚🏼♂️🤸🏻♂️

So...I’m confused—-is this post about staying fit, or is it about a half-naked sexy rock god? Because I’m reading stuff like ‘stay fit’ and ‘zen boy’, but all I’m seeing is a hot stud in a very interesting pose...and now I’m daydreaming ☁️.
