Got amazing news today that’s got me floating on air. You never know in a career what exciting venture is around the bend or over the next hill.

You’re perpetuating a persistent stereotype. Try not to lock up your knees that early in a jump. It means you’re not using your hips and ankles properly. Go watch some vintage videos of Jordan dunking and then go watch Kevin McKale or Yao Ming and you’ll understand my concern.
