Hi, I want to tell you about an incident that happened to me with the ETRO store.
I have already reported it to the O.C.U.
But it is useless.

They gave me a bag with a half-silk lining and that lining cracked on all sides, I went to the store and they told me it had been a bad fabric and a bad game and they sent it to Italy to fix it.
After months of claiming, they send it to me with another lining.
In a short time he cracked again.
I went back to the store and there were two girls complaining about the same thing.
They took it back.
And after six months they sent me with a canvas lining that was larger than the bottom of the bag.
And the bag was folded inside one of its rigid paper bags.
Upon arriving home I saw that due to the way it had been folded, an entire line marked side by side remained. That is not removed.
I complained and the clerks in Madrid told me they couldn't do anything.
It is fourth that such an expensive store makes these fudge. And do not change me to another bag since the first time they had failure with the liners.
