Give a girl a breakkkkkk 🙈😩🍕😂 So as my 100 mile bike ride with @coppafeelpeople is fast approaching I thought I’d get in the gym today and see what I’m working with!! 😂🙈 Not a bad start, 20k in an hour, I’m not as unfit as I thought- but I’m definitely going to do my best to Up that slightly everyday!! And I was feeling pretty positive and strong until this little rascal from @dominos_uk slide up into my messages!! 😂🙈🍕!! I am literally on day 2 of my health kick guys... COME ONNNNNNNNN?!!! tammyl_1981 Hi @vickypattison your words are so motivational to me as I was also fed up with the way in was treating my body and gave it a kick start earlier this year. So far I've lost nearly a stone and probably feel the best I've ever felt. Re dominoes I constantly get the same messages from papa John's!! Perhaps we should both 'text stop to stop recieving these texts' 🤣🤣🤣🤣

oaimee That’s fab! It’s so different being outside than on a bike in the gym, try n do lots training outside so u get a feel for it! I biked 97mioes in June I loved it but so glad all my training was out on the roads! Have a fab time training urll b fab xx
