andreechenique Watching this episode right now. I’m confused on how you can offer less than 1% a year to these people you are renovating these spaces for. I mean, don’t get me wrong, it seems like people are happy about this all happening. That being said, it seems like many of these people are down on their luck or really need the small income you’re giving them. Sounds very much like taking advantage of people. Listen, ROI for you both makes sense but less than 1% for the people? I may just be ignorant or something but seems strange. Can you explain? @cnbc @jrodgers11 @joelle_fletcher

verykari20 I reallyyy love the idea of your show! The only thing I’m confused on is why you offer $700 a month to everyone. You’re obviously getting way more money from the warehouse and yes it was more up front but I feel like the amount you are giving the owners should more reflect what you are listing it for. Just a thought?
