My name is dixie Mazur, my husband and I are both school teachers (I’m also working a second job as a music therapist) living near downtown Leesburg, VA. We are less than an hour outside of Washington DC nestled in the heart of VA wine country (known as the Napa Valley of the east coast). We just moved into a new home with a ton of privacy (and within a stones throw of 2 wineries) that has a roughly 500 sq foot garage loft that we believe would be the perfect opportunity for a cash pad! There is a perfect spot to make a beautifully private outdoor area and parking pad to accompany the rental. We understand that you currently work near the Dallas area, but we LOVE what you guys do and would love to see if this is an opportunity you would be interested in, or interested in answering a few questions? From our own research, there are limited short term rental options (frequently booked up) in this popular tourist destination. We believe there could be a potential for large profits in our location, but as teachers and a young couple getting ready to start our family, we don’t know how financially feasible it is for us to undertake this on our own. I just binge watched your first 4 episodes and I am so in love with your style and the entertainment value you bring to the show. I am from Keller, TX so I love looking at all your Texas renos. They make me want to plan a staycation! Loving all your space saving ideas and taking serious notes for our mother-in-law suite we are planning. Hoping you add some ADA compliant ideas too!!!
