jalee2776 @westelm I bought $2000 armoire- you sent me and email stating item was in, then made me schedule delivery, confirmed two hour window - I called to confirm day before and then I was told the item was in fact NOT in and would NOT be in until sept 12- i took a day off work to receive supposed item and booked my fright elevators and the worst part is I wouldn’t have KNOWN that YOU CANCELLED MY DELIVERY IF I DIDNG FOLLOW UP. YOU ARE THE WORST RETAILER AND I WILL BE CANCELLING MY ORDER. I should have learned from the first time I bought something from you guys that you guys lie and do not care about your customers AT ALL.

akphotogdesign @westelm I really so badly wish I could attach photos, becasue I would attach a photo of the email I sent two days ago, yesterday, and this morning. Triple checked he address, it’s correct. All without a response. I do not believe that you “want to get this issue addressed as soon as possible” AT ALL. I really just think you want people on social media to think that’s the case. My order number is 391903238726, why don’t you call me....

marcinek_k This store is the worst, I purchased a couch in February we are now mid August I still don’t have a complete couch. Worst customer service, no one has direct answers, they blame everything on the manufacturer. I’ve called the store multiple times, called west elm direct spoke to multiple people including supervisors nothing resolved still no couch.

rholme04 @jalee2776 I had the same problem after ordering my $3000. Smeg refrigerator! it was two months late in delivery and I had moved into my home with no refrigerator! so I was basically eating out every day and had to buy a mini frog for the basics! they compensated me with a toaster but I would never order from them again!

lachicaalmodovar 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I’m extremely disappointed in West Elm! Had me waiting for my bed FOR A MONTH and two days before the supposed delivery it was cancelled because there was no more fabric to make it! Totally unprofessional and irresponsible! No solutions given. What a scam! You shouldn’t sell products that you don’t have.

raeray77 I love west elm! We've gotten multiple rugs and couches over the years and just got out first baby crib from your site. Ordered a few days ago and already notified its shipped. So excited to take these new steps being a family with west elm furniture. Not overpriced and we've had nothing but positive experiences.
