Great plane. Unfortunately as per usual air Canada makes flying unaffordable. Was looking at booking on one of the first flights it's on from Seattle to Montreal. With all the fees for this and that included a round trip ticket is over $700 cdn. Oh well, Delta will basing plenty of a220s in Seattle do I'll have plenty of opportunity to fly them. Booking my 2nd flight on one to San Francisco for $160.00 all in.

@aircanada @vintageframes after how you treated cory Shapiro and his family i would never use your airline or deter any other people from doin soo... it was the most disgusting display of customer service ive ever seen... and then to make matters worse .. when u realized his status in society u switched up... fuck yall ..

Great customer service is best and most comfortable flying experience, from better food menu’s, to the entertainment system,
Plus language on board, that’s why Fly Emirates and Qatar Airways will always be on top,
If we argue that their governments fund them, I don’t see why the Canadian Government can’t do the same

Worst airline by far!!! I had the worst experience with them and when I called customer service that experience was even worse. The agent kept on making false claims. When I asked for documentation she said she considers the matter closed. Wouldn't even have the courtesy to talk on the phone. All by email

this NEEDS to be looked into further.
with the OUTSTANDING schedule change I was NEVER offered a full refund and cancellation, which i am OBLIGATED TO. i never got that option.
i need a full refund for my flights, if i had the option at the time i would have taken a FULL REFUND.

@aircanada not thrilled to realize my CDGYUL flight is a wet lease from Qatar Airways... The minimum would have been an explicit and personalized communication explaining the situation and maybe offer me options... #poorcommunication #aircanadafail #passengerrights
