Must visit Fondaco dei Tedeschi and the beautiful view on Rialto bridge from their rooftop, cafe Florian the oldest coffee shop in Venice that is located right in the heart of the city in Saint Marc Square, the beautiful gardens where La Biennale takes place, stop for some“Cicchetti” around the city, it’s a very small happy hour that you can have at any time of the day and then you should visit and then the Peggy Guggenheim Museum ♥️ these are just some of the beautiful things you can do in the city! You’ll fall in love with it!
If you can catch a boat to Burano, the most colorful city in the world! 🚤

Go up the bell tower in Piazza San Marco for a great view of the city, take the ferry to Murano for colorful buildings and beautiful blown glass, and visit the Peggy Guggenheim collection (which I missed while I was there). Most importantly though, wander, get lost, check out the little alleys and hidden courtyards. Venice is a magical city. ✨Have fun!!

Gondola rides! And ask him to sing for you as well! Be careful with the guys who gives you a handful corn 🌽 as they will ask for money after the pigeons come to all over you on St. Mark’s Square. A cup of coffee is 18 euro as well on the square with the live classic music concert if you like to try! Just a tip! Have fun! Xxx

There is a new fancy shopping mall in Venice (yup you heard correct!) the Benetton family built in an old post office building in the middle of Venice - you can go to the top of the building and see the entire view of the Island - it’s quite spectacular~ plan to wait in line a little, go for sunset view if possible~ Enjoy!

Make sure that you only buy a Venetian mask from one store because they are the only shop that actually makes them in Venice. Most of the others are made in China and shipped over. Eat crostini as you bar walk like a true Venetian and visit the Rialto market in the morning for a fun local experience.

Love Venice!!! Ditto the people who say go to the islands. I’ve only been to Murano, but it was great. Definitely get lost in the city and walk around at night when most people are gone. Also go to the old Jewish quarter! Less touristy but with tons of history and cute spots to relax.
