makaylarm_ I flew with Lufthansa from Naples to Toronto with a layover in Munich over a month ago. What was supposed to be a 12 hour trip ended up taking me 34 hours to get to Toronto because of flight delays. I had to deal with 2 rebooking, 4 flights, all 4 of those flights being delayed and lost luggage. I have contacted Lufthansa multiple times via phone, email and the feedback page on the website and I have yet to get a response. During my travels and since being home, I have received nothing but horrible customer service from Lufthansa. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
