kristin7xo @bethanyhamilton any tips on learning to cope and overcome really severe anxiety and depression by any chance?! It’s been a long long battle that I almost lost four years ago... but being able to connect with you on here and by receiving your emails and then obviously my friends and family, I have come a long way. But every day is still a struggle.
