doleph4days Please educate these folks about the property taxes, income management, and expenses that come with a new/larger home regardless of it being a gift or a free renovation. For reference, see how some of the families from the ABC Extreme Home Makeover did years after their homes were renovated. It's heartbreaking to read about how many had their new homes foreclosed because of higher taxes they couldn't afford and because of their general mismanagement of their income. The education to manage a new or more expensive homes would be valuable as some folks have never had that experience and are not prepared for it. I'll definitely be watching, love to see all of the reactions!
