rebecca_50_ Curious as to the strength of the strap. I’m currently a little frustrated with the company and am considering to no longer purchase coach products due to a broken strap on a purse that is less than a year and a half old. I sent an email to customer service and felt like I was talking to a robot or just a template response. I love the purse I have and the strap is similar in width to this, but it could even handle the weight of a wallet and sunglasses. Now I’m expected to pay an extra $35 for repair. This isn’t the quality I expect from coach and that was why I have been a customer for so long. If the quality is gone then so am I. I’m really hoping I don’t get a response about the purses being handcrafted with the highest quality because that is what I got when I emailed. It’s extremely irritating to be told how high the quality is when you have a broken item that was barely used.
