Do that, be a littlw more trendy and unique with yiur products and packaging, (your stuff looks similar to how it did in the 90s, it hasn't changed much) and try new and better formulas, but keep formulas that are your bread and butter the same. (Such as your nail polish- honestly don't mess with those in my opinion, the shape of the bottles are gorgeous and the formulas are grear6- outside of that though, your brand could use some updating) I hope this helps! Look at Covergirl, their newish cruelty free status and cute packaging has them flourishing, that could be you guys. 😊 Asking Jeffree Star was a step in the right direction, but you do these things and your brand will naturally evolve and people will rwview your products on youtube for free
