📋: Served with purple radishes + Persian cucumbers + feta + flatbread -> quick and rich hummus recipe -> 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed) + juice of 1 lemon > 1-2 tbs tahini + 1 tiny clove of garlic + 1-2 tbs water + salt + pepper -> purée in food processor -> with processor running, gradually add 1/3-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

@nmelsrude and once you start making from dry, you never go back to canned. And then you try it after peeling the garbanzo beans 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. So much more time but so worth it.

Try making your own chickpeas - buy some dry in the bulk section of your supermarket. Prepare a bunch, then freeze and use as needed. Avoids the salt of canned CPs!

@seydacirakoglu cumin is not in the original hummus but some say it can help absorb some gas.

Add Dill pickle juice and a couple small pickles to the blender or processor.
