heyitsmezzalenko @nickcartersmiles Can I just ask, what exactly do you think is dangerous about gluten free? It’s not always a “fad”. Personally, I’m not technically coeliac according to doctors, but anytime I eat gluten, I get immediate, severe period type cramps. My point is, we don’t know what’s going on with his body, and his decision to either reduce or completely cut out gluten consumption is not dangerous. You can talk to me about the increased risk of diabetes, but there’s ways of controlling it that don’t involve consumption of gluten. Diabetes is also influenced by genetics. Some would argue that the gluten and sugar industries are big trades for our government, so they’ll always look for ways to twist research to state that you need these. I don’t necessarily believe that, but some do and I think there may be some merit to that argument. I digress. My point is, we don’t know what Nick’s body is going through. Just because he used to eat gluten, doesn’t mean he can without GI symptoms. There’s nothing dangerous about restricting gluten - in fact, lots of weight loss diets reduce gluten consumption and endorse replacement of white wheat (which is bleached and full of sugar), with whole grains. Again, that’s not a bad thing. And you say Nick looks good - maybe it’s because his dietary choices are working for him 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t think he needs us weighing in on his choices. ✌🏼

heyitsmezzalenko @nickcartersmiles I get what you’re saying. To be honest, I think Nick is incredibly smart and has his own mind. I don’t think he would go along and promote something for the hell of it, so I don’t necessarily agree that Lauren is pushing him to do anything. They’re their own person and the notion that Lauren forces him or manipulates and controls him to do stuff is just silly, as far as I’m concerned. A lot of these theories come from people who can’t stand Lauren and often they have no solid reason to hate her, other than their theories and conjecture, but that’s a whole other story. I get what you’re saying and at the end of the day, it’s up to people to do their own research. I’ve looked into this cereal, and compared to others on the market, particularly gluten free ones which are often laden with sugar, this one isn’t and is very low carb as well. To each their own, I guess ❤️

Only certain things don't add up. Yes, i guess you are right.. To each their own... Point was only.. Being a rols model for girls just to be careful what you promote.. About Lauren.. Well... Im not a person who doesn't think for herself.. I actually pay a lot attention to the details.. If you would read between the lines few stuff.. You would notice some stuff.. But not here for what. bethahowell81 Young man you are amazing. My daughter and I had the pleasure of attending the philly concert my tickets were my CHRISTMAS present last year. I think yall have gotten better with age . Many years ago we attended this same venue maybe 18 years ago . I will forever be yalls fan old or not !!I am a true sounthern old lady and listen to nothing but country ,blue grass and BACKSTREET BOYS. Side note the music was amazing but the stage show was incredible the lights the entire concert A PLUS anyway thanks for a great time I dont get to spend much time with her my daughter Laken grown up married and on her own .But we look forward to you guys everytime. nickcartersmiles @heyitsmezzalenko i agree with you. Our point was not to promote this and say it to the world "this literally saved my life".. To promote something when clearly and it's obvious.. Somebody told me.. Lauren is pushing all these to promote and for what?.. Point was.. He is a role model for thousands of girls...not to promote something that is in or trendy.. Because some girls will listen.. And get the wrong picture.. Lauren needs to stop with pushing some stuff.. Nonody is telling him how to live.. Every comment that was made came from the place of love for Nick ✌️
