Trying to be positive....
Everything didn’t go well in Bali.
I guess you just learn to go with it and enjoy the bad time...
The hotel we booked at Gili island was out of business, booked a new hotel and it blacked out the entire evening. At 5am Muslims wake up for their prayers, obviously I didn’t get to sleep...(just saying I didn’t get to sleep not trying to disrespect muslim culture) Then later we wanted to take a boat back to Bali, the boat gets cancelled. We manage to find another boat...Now on a 6 hour ferry, but usually it only takes one hour back..My journey continues....

Always try your best to be in the moment, of all experiences. Even if they’re not ideal.
That’s part of the beauty, of traveling to new places.
One day in the future - you’re going to have this amazing story of when you were in Bali, and how you endured a rough, sleepless night, and a 6 hour ferry ride, before discovering some great food and beaches, etc.
Then, someone will say, “Wow, I’m jealous! That sounds like a crazy adventure. I hope I’m lucky enough to do that one day!”
Remain positive and things will even out. 👍

@saidmartinezcalderon she didn’t though. She literally just stated a fact that she couldn’t sleep because of the morning prayers... and specifically said she has no disrespect. Just stating the reason why she wasn’t able to sleep after all of the other unlucky events.. 🤷🏻♀️ maybe her intentions are being miscommunicated because people read text differently lol

Wow! Tough trip. There are people that will get offended with everything. Doesn’t matter what you say. Don’t worry. Everything will work out. That’s life. You don’t understand why things don’t work out but one day you will realize it’s for a reason. Good luck on the rest of your trip!

There are ways to phrase things and I believe this expression isn’t the best one. Your remarks regarding morning call for prayer shows disrespect to local culture. If you want sunsets and don’t wanna be waken up in the morning then go back to Hawaii. 発言に気をつけて頂いた方がいいと思います。
