I get everyone’s point that they made. But, look at it this way... say Rosa sat on the bus... got banned from the bus for her protest (which helped everyone)... then Malcom came along and because they took the next action of not riding the bus, instead using our own means of transportation, caused the busing system to allow us to have a seat anywhere on the bus, but still banned Rosa from riding the bus because of her protesting and causing change.... that, in itself is still an injustice. No it isn’t about Kap getting his job back, but the fact that he was served an injustice as well for excercising his freedom of speech (which didn’t harm anyone). Where is the justice for that. Who says we have to just except that? Who says that we have to keep accepting them treating us like nothing and we are the ones filling their bellies every year. Ice cube made his own BB league, why is it that we couldn’t do the same for ourselves in football? It’s majority of our boys who play the sport and excel at it so greatly to be treated in this way. I say we don’t need them. Work on getting it ourselves and making it bigger and better.

I believe there is merit in what JayZ is doing. Decision making is not always black-and-white. Some discussion need to be ambiguous. The man is putting the work in to defeat the monster from the inside out. I believe his decision- making is steeped in opportunities to influences-socioeconomic status of POC. People talk about change but until something motivates them to action nothing will change. Consider the millions of conversations regarding this issue... What will folks do to improve this situation or others regarding Racism..(I hope not just criticize JayZ). I’m willing to do my part and I don’t even like football... What this means for me is...empower youth to make better choices regarding their opportunities ...which will inspire others to take a stand against injustices✊🏽

People are so stuck on the damn halftime show, like seriously? He's a fucking RAPPER who is married to BEYONCE...why wouldn't music be somewhere in the deal? Lol goofy asses. Plus, remember when Beyonce crashed the halftime show with Bruno and pissed all the good ol "Muricans" off lol...just wait, the halftime shows are gonna be blackity black black until Goodell gets enough complaints lol patience os a virtue...sorry CJ I know that was like a whole soliloquy but you know how I am about Unc lol

You made a great point...it's not gonna happen overnight. First off, a LOT of people never stopped watching football in the first place...second, if Jay Z way is wrong, then what's the right way? At least he was even able to have a conversation to even TRY to earn a seat at the table. Even if it doesnt work out exactly how he wants it, which I highly doubt that it won't, it's way more than what his critics are doing 🤷♀️

And it doesn’t really bother me. Him being an owner or part owner is not really affecting me. I mean at the end of the day, I’m not going to be making all that money, he is. When you own a team, guess what? You control all the money and make all the money so Jay Z is doing what is best for Jay-Z at the end of the day. All of us have to do what’s best for all of us, and everything.

Being a 'part' owner of a team does not benefit black folk as a whole, but it does benefit Hov as an individual. Furthermore, the numbers for the NFL has been on a down turn--allegedly, so massa money is decreasing. So super neega to the rescue as if to show us the NFL is changing. Kap is still unemployed--- so if HOV got the juice hire my man. Or be a COON CAMEL 4 LIFE.
