The product size and price aren’t as reasonable as it could be .. but you have a headquarters to pay for, shoots, models, etc that go into the cost and don’t make it as efficient.. I’m a mom of 4 and I loved the dry shampoo until the the cap broke on a brand new one .. I usually buy two at a time when Sephora has sale for 20% to make it more reasonable.. the branding did good and you were really passionate about it i the beginning but you post about Roo now ..you have its own page but when you are the reason behind it so when it dies down from you it goes a little down with you too.. but it’s trendy for a minute then on to the next .. my opinion is I did try the product liked it until broke then didn’t want to waste another 28$

I tried it for the first time while travelling abroad to Chicago and was super impressed with the texture of the body oil. You actually don’t have to use loads as it spreads easily, and it didn’t feel too oily either, which was nice. The scent was nice and fresh, quite floral, perfect for a summer day. I am a fan of strong smells i.e Tom Ford, Thierry Muglier so it would be nice to have a similar version as well for people who want to announce their presence from 3 streets away lol. Good job on building an already growing brand! Would love to see it in more stores in the UK.

I’d like to see more authenticity. All the girls who represent the brand on social or in offline marketing campaigns are professional models or influencers who are photoshopped and styled to perfection. The brand would benefit from highlighting “real” and everyday women. Even this photo above tries to cater to a need for diversity but misses the mark because all the models have the same beautiful faces and airbrushed bodies. Don’t fake inclusion, but actually do it! I love this brand and really think it can do better this way 👏🏼

TBH I bought the entire collection when I could get my hands on it when I went to London because it’s not available in my home country. Loved it so much wanted to stock it in my store (has super good brands so definitely could have.) Jen you replied immediately. Your team not so great on the responses . I switched to Nashi & now Olaplex and they are super. Available outside of places with Sephora too.

Smells so amazing, beautiful packaging, however the products don’t always deliver for my thick, wavy hair. Curly products weigh my hair down too much and the wave spray doesn’t help my waves curl up as much as other sea salt sprays do. Would love some tutorials on girls with thick hair with a 2A type wave. I really want to love the products!!

I have curly hair so I ALWAYS use products whether I wear it curly, straight or styled. I thought I had my routine down pat and then I tried your leave-in conditioner 😱 it smells great and it detangles, cuts down on the frizz and keeps my hair so soft and supple! I cannot live without it now! ❤️ I think of "effective" when I think of OUAI
