My love for fitness only started after I had children. I used to love sports but really never became a serious gym rat until I reached my 30’s. All this to say, it’s never too late. @paularyff and I are busy creating content for you this week that you can do from home but we need your help. What do you want to see? Would love to see moves that are effective,creative, and fun. Great if you have equipment but don’t need a lot. Something different like when you throw in ballet or dance inspired but still gets you toned and strong using weights as well. All areas are welcome and appreciated!! Would really enjoy hearing some nutrition, love your gym inspo and I know nutrition and exercise go hand in hand. Workout gear? YES you always look stylish and that makes a big difference when youre working out. If you look good, you feel good. Hope this helped, excited to see new content for a new season!

I want to look lean and toned without looking muscular. My stomach is the hardest area to loose . I have a sensitive lower back . Please can you help me with nutrition? I can’t have dairy or gluten or soy . I can’t eat raw vegetables because of my acid reflex . Can you help women who are going through menopause? I understand there is a different approach to exercise and nutrition as we get older . Thank you 🙏💋❤️

I agree, as a mom I now go to the gym more than playing sports. I would love to see anything about abs and some whole body workouts for people who may not have as much time but want to get a good workout in. Thank you for doing this! 🙌

This is off topic, but I would love to know how you organize and prioritize! You have so many irons in the fire and are accomplishing so much - do you sleep?? How do you get it all done?

Would love exercises to target bat wings! So difficult to get rid of. As well as abs. Nutrition ideas would be very helpful too! Thanks Jessica you are fantastic and fit!
