jesabelle80 Answer this question: Why am i being ignored by your customer services? I purchased a product (night cream) almost two weeks ago and not received it or any updates etc. Im going on holiday on sat and would like my cream. I have emailed several times on separate days with no response and also called customer services several times to be told there is no one to answer my calls. Im really annoyed by the lack of service i’ve received from your company. I’ve made over 30 orders with CT on line, not including products i’ve bought off cult beauty or in store, as you can imagine i’m very annoyed by the service. Theres not point in advertising all the lovely new products when you cant even get the basics right. I will not buy any of the new things until my order is with me. I’ve even had to join instagram in attempts to get into contact or a response from this company. Does anyone actually work at CT? Because it seems like a ghost town to me... Any response would be much appreciated!!!!!

rachelnicole728 Does the shade range match any of the other foundation lines you have? (I.e. If I want to purchase online could I just choose the same shade I use in Magic Foundation?)
