Playing around with some snatches, both contact and no contact at the hips for speed and grip 🔥
Which one do you guys prefer??? I do 5 no contact into 5 contact then again 5 and 5.
I like doing no contact at lighter weights, feels faster and easier on grip however I breath a little heavier. At heavier weights I would always use the contact at the hip to get more power into the movement. 🏋️♀️

You’re the expert, but I think you are spot on. Maybe contact if you start getting too winded just to create more power and slow the HR, but with the light weight no contact is noticeably faster

Than it would be no contact when the target of the wod would be improving conditioning? And contact when the target would be strength?
