yourlegacylifestyle Dear Kelsea, I used to be a pop singer for 4 years I recorded toured and performed my music to empower the world through positive messages. My husband and I got pregnant as I was literally getting the opportunity of a lifetime in the US and that’s huge for a Canadian artist. We decided to have our baby and a year later # 2 came and I guess when you know you know. But taking a few years off I had time to feel things out, and realized that the industry was so toxic and it was so hard to survive as a women in a male dominated industry. When you don’t have money behind your voice they think they can do and say whatever they want. I saw through it and I protected and pushed my self. Since taking time off I’ve been singing your songs for 3 years now and I thank you so much for the music you write. It has helped me find my confidence back to sing again, to actually make the music for me wether it goes anywhere and remind me that this passion is undeniable .
