FACT - I weigh myself before every hard training session, monitor how much I had to drink throughout the session and step on the scale after. That way I can estimate how much I sweat and how much liquid I need to replenish what I lost. Water alone will not do the trick, as important salts and other electrolytes are also secreted with the sweat.
I don’t think I have ever been as well hydrated as this year come CF Games! I had 2-5 Nuun tablets every day often as a mix of Immunity and the Sport.
Let’s just say in the heat in Fond du Lac - hydrating was even more essential 😅💦

@aupooch7 California heat can get really bad as well. I really don't like the summer time in that state. I would much rather be back in Seattle or go to where my family originally came from in Ireland

You’d really hate the heat of down south in Alabama, Texas, and Florida if Fond du Lac is considered hot. Y’all should come and train at Fronings place sometime

How do you find the ones with caffeine in them? Would you avoid coffee before hand (unless of course you’re not a coffee drinker!!)
