A half-hour boat ride takes you off the grid to this newly built hut on Isla San Cristobal. Snorkel the reef right outside your door or explore the island by kayak or paddleboard. If you’re lucky, you’ll see dolphins and rays from your front porch. If you’re not, you can always take a side trip to Dolphin Bay. But that’s a pretty loose definition of “unlucky.” ⁣
