I have said nothing about all the positive places in his walk in a negative way at all! This controversy about the lesbian relationship on BIP is not the time for christians who have been involved in this franchise to remain silent and yet it is deafening across-the-board! For a well known Christian to MC a group wedding event with a gay couple is compromise. Don't wanna lose those clicks? Don't wanna lose those likes? Don't wanna lose opportunities to be an influencer & get paid? Don't wanna lose a fat contract? A double minded man is unstable In all his ways and like I said…. Cherry picking obedience is compromise! Perhaps the one trying to usurp the Holy Spirit here is you trying to correct the Holy Spirit moving me to speak. Love cares enough to confront. If you don't hear the love in correction then you don't know the God of The Bible. God's word says what God's word says and darlin that Old Testament and New Testament. If you think God doesn't use people to exhort you are denying an important spiritual Gift to the Body of Christ.

sgraber888 @abbzrose911 I have heard loving correction. The spirit with which you speak is harsh, not loving correction. I not only embrace the gift of exhortation (Romans 12), but have been to discerned to have it. I have also been taught to function in the spirit of Matthew 18. If you think I am trying to usurp the HS in you, then you are doing the same to me. Jesus said our righteousness should surpass the righteousness of the Pharisees. Again, we will need to agree to disagree... I know nothing about group weddings and some of the other things you addressed. I simply have a hard time with Christians publicly condemning and rebuking one another. Lest you begin to feel I am beginning to do this to you, this will be MY LAST WORD on this with you. sgraber888 @abbzrose911 I think God's people should be everywhere. Christ himself was admonished for 'eating with sinners'. God is using Ben in places where many people could never be heard. I simply can't affirm people trying to usurp the voice of the Holy Spirit in someone else's life. God will direct Ben in how to live out his faith, just as He will you and me. I find Him to be faithful to correct me when I need it, and I appreciate the loving spirit in which He does it. I sadly hear no love in your comments, only rebuke and condemnation. We will need to just agree to disagree, sister.

It isn't rigidity its righteousness and standing in this hour when so many christians compromise to get along especially in the public eye when it means affecting their bottom line. I am 65 years old and it's important to teach the next generation should the Lord tarry. When you add to that fact that 85% of Christian singles are sexually active there's a lot of cherry picking obedience going on... And that grieves God's heart.
