The moment that wasn’t pretty but you got through it? • Many of times we take these moments and think “well I’m glad that’s over.” There’s a million and one variables that could have gone differently, so we choose to accept them and move on. Instead , we can go back without judgement on the moment and reflect on the actual benefits that came of it. Lessons of doubt can only teach us to become better humans. Whether your moments are on big stage in front of hundreds or in the confines of your own mind, it’s incredibly powerful to sit in these moments and work through the emotions that make us uncomfortable. If we continue to drive and push those emotions down to get through it, we will only perpetuate the cycle. In order to create a beautiful life you must try. Show up everyday for yourself. Become present in your own life instead of always moving on to the next thing.
