The transitions of seasons; people coming and going; a landscape of a myriad prayers. With a history of over 1,200 years, Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto has since 2012 partaken in the FEEL KIYOMIZUDERA project, which aims to capture the essence of "now", expressed not only in the form of Buddhist statues and structures, but also in the innumerable accumulated moments and expressions that have and will continue to emerge into existence. This year's exhibition will present the work of Takuro Kuwata.
In the midst of the ancient history of such places of art creation as Kiyomizu-dera Temple's Jojuin and Kyodo Hall, it is a precious opportunity to encounter new moments and possibilities.

8/3～8/25、成就院と経堂にて、桑田卓郎展「日々（にちにち）」を開催します
「制作するということは、今を生きているこの現実の中で、出会いや別れ、時に何もわからず衝動に駆られ無心になること、様々なことを感じた過程が形に現れて行く行為。」と語る桑田卓郎氏。その作品から感じる「祈りのかたち」とは・・・。
清水寺を舞台に、表現活動を通して「祈りのかたち」を模索する「FEEL KIYOMIZUDERA」プロジェクトは、2012年の立ち上げ以来、音楽、舞踊、写真、映像など様々なアーティストとのご縁を結んできました。
