WE DID IT!!! As a future educator, I want every kid to feel capable of great things. Innoworks is an organization that helps to do just that. Through small group mentoring, hands-on experiments, and great discussions, the Innoworks camp inspires young people to work hard and enjoy the STEM fields.
Co-directing camp this past week was a whirlwind. But after 9 months of planning, making some (read: lots of) mistakes, and learning along the way we pulled it off. I’m so proud of our campers for their enthusiasm about STEM and our mentors for their dedication to building lasting relationships. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for these kiddos!!
