THE NAKED TRUTH
...is that some of you will frown upon this photo but the reality is, this is how we are born and for some reason, as we progress in life, we become afraid of the naked body! I mean, so many people are afraid to be naked in their own home even when they’re home alone regardless of how “fit” they are. STOP being afraid to embrace your best outfit! Your skin is constantly regenerating itself to protect you. Literally 30,000-40,000 skin cells fall off per hour! And furthermore, if you continue to turn away or frown upon the thing that is constantly changing with age, and you’re constantly trying to change in the gym (your body) then how are you setting up the acceptance on that day that you do feel really good about the “naked body”!? I’m not saying go outside naked or even post a photo like this, I’m saying, EMBRACE WHO YOU ARE TODAY because nothing looks as good as confidence feels and NO ONE WILL EVER WEAR YOUR OUTFIT BETTER THAN YOU!
