Too many chillies in the house? Slice them up and pickle them! I love using the leftover juice from jars of gherkins or dill pickles. Instead of throwing them away, I top up the jar with a little vinegar, stir in some sea salt and throw in all my sliced up chillies! So great for all sorts of dishes and lasts for a good couple of months!
