We are 35% of the population and whites are 35% of New York City as well they have 90% of positive stories we sometimes at zero! And it’s not that we are not doing anything its that they are not covering our culture. They don’t have Latinx reporters! And its also NewYork Magazine, the New Yorker etc etc! This is the Mecca of magazine culture why are we not equal in stories and employees in these mags? How do we change this?
