Working on cleaning 🧹 up my clean 🧼 technique with some clean deadlift (halting clean pull, pull to hip... whatever you would like to call it) + cleans. Each one got better with last set being the best. Trying to stay pushing through the floor as long as possible so i finish as vertical as possible. This is always a struggle for me - long legs, short torso = any rock back turns in to a huuuge rock back. Werk werk werk. All we can do!!
