1️⃣Hold a dumbbell in one hand, while supporting yourself on a bench or rack.
2️⃣Bend one knee slightly, support your other leg adjacent, on the ground.
3️⃣Keep back straight and parallel to floor.
4️⃣Pull the dumbbell towards your torso, to the point where you would have to twist your torso to get the weight up.
5️⃣Lower the dumbbell back to starting position.
