It’s not quite known wether Kombucha has been invented 2000 or 200 years ago, but reports say it was consumed in east Russia in the early 1900’s. Fact is that it became a hit in America in the 21st century and is now gaining global popularity. Many people are even home brewing it lately. (I tried myself once, not successfully)
Anyway, kombucha is a very healthy fermented tea filled with probiotics, studies reported it can help healing diabetes, herpes, insomnia and even increase libido.
