I have really struggled with this hence me being a bit quiet of late. It is linked to my neck however fortunately not as major as we originally thought 🙏🏼. Mentally I couldn’t cope & accepted I need lots of help on this journey. I’m 100% committed to becoming to greatest version of myself whatever it takes . I have amazing people around me and I am learning how to deal with this sort of setback better this time around. As always, I want to be honest with you all and that includes sharing the lessons I am learning right now. My mental health can be easily affected & I will learn and grow when life decides to punch you in the face 🤓.
