Instead of looking up dictionary every time- ask the Japanese person you are talking to, to explain what the meaning of the word is as if you were Japanese kiddo. Or even better... 2. Ask you Japanese friend to come up with a few 例文 ( sentence example) with the new word so you can grasp/feel out the meaning of the word as well. That is the most natural, “immersed in the language” technique that helps me learn new words/ ways to say things. Then, always try to make few sentences and hear a feedback from your Japanese friend 🤓 3. Watch English movies you know with a Japanese voice over and Japanese subtitles! 4. Learn your favorite Japanese songs by heart❣️that way u get the lingo and have fun. My very firsts songs I learned by myself on YouTube ,were Little Mermaid 2 and 松浦亜弥’s ne~e 😏 5. Make hundred of mistakes and laugh at them. There is no reason to be ashamed, if anything, Japanese people are always happy when foreigners try to speak their language 🦑 If you make silly mistake, laugh at yourself and be happy- coz you are making progress. Keep talking. KEEP TALKING. Language is about communication and relationships, less about the text books and proper sentence structure 😆 Speaking of which, I need to improve my grammar and professional vocabulary because I would love to pass N3 this or next year~ do YOU guys have any tips that could help me achieve my goal? 🤔 any advices/tips? Comment below ↓ I will try anything 😅😂」9月8日 22時56分 - alexa_luczak
