Sometimes, that’s just what we need in life! To make a long story short, I was sitting at home Thursday when the opportunity to go to Japan for 1 night became a reality. It was right then and there I had to say yes take the ticket and go or stay at home and wonder. With encouragement from my parents I decided F-it, let’s do this. I packed a bag and was on my way to the airport just hours before going to Tokyo. I only told 2 very good family friends I was coming. The rest was a mystery to everyone including me! For once I did something unannounced without a plan and just let it unfold. No lie, this made me so nervous! But, in the end this ended up being such a fun little getaway, and now that I’m already back to LA I feel recharged and ready to take on what’s next! What I’ve learned from this, is sometimes we all need a little spontaneity in our life and that sometimes the best things can come out of the most crazy and unknown situations!
