We stayed for two nights at “Chashin” in Shintomi, Miyazaki on this trip. We learned not only the beauty of the place but also the beauty of Japanese tea. It was super interesting to know that you can make totally different taste and efficacy by changing the water temperature. For me, as a person who loves to chill, this is really cool stuff and I feel Japanese essence when I make tea.
