ティファニー・アルボードさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ティファニー・アルボードInstagram)「🎉 I did it! 💃 I cycled 72 miles around Lake Tahoe - holy cow, what a ride!! 😍 #TourDeTahoe So 4 of my brothers signed up for this race a few months ago & naturally I always wanna keep up w/them so I signed up too 😅 (I maybe needed some more training) lol, but it was AMAZING! 🤗 Here’s some pics from the day ❤️🙌 - - Okay so this was one of the most beautiful but also most difficult things I’ve done. It was 5hrs 30mins of riding on the bike with rest/refuel stations along the way making it 7hrs from start to finish! There was also 4,000+ feet of vertical incline! (fun stuff 😳😅)! I couldn’t get my bike to switch to the lowest gear at first, so on the first hill my brother @vagueone helped me get my gears to shift (thankfully or I wouldn’t have been able to do it haha)! It made me so grateful I had my brothers there to help and give guidance and prep me a little! It was also 40 degrees F when we started so it was COLD 🥶 haha. (Hence the layers) The fresh air & beautiful scenery def made it worth it and I also feel like it was a cool bonding experience with my brothers! Side note: now I wonder what other things I can push myself to do as half the battles in life are 👉 mental! Aye!? 🤷‍♀️ You can always keep going if you tell yourself to so... hmm 😂🤔」9月10日 11時30分
