Check out the recipe below!👇 WHAT YOU NEED👩🏼‍🍳: FOR THE DRINK: ✔10ml grapefruit syrup (homemade – see below) ✔90ml tonic water ✔50ml water (room temperature) ✔4g NESCAFÉ GOLD ✔5-6 ice cubes FOR THE GRAPEFRUIT SYRUP ✔150g grapefruit juice ✔150g sugar ✔grapefruit zests CREATE IT! First create the syrup: In a pan, boil the grapefruit juice, the zests and brown sugar. Leave the syrup in the fridge to cool. Then create the drink: Mix NESCAFÉ GOLD with water and put to one side. In a glass, add the syrup, tonic water and ice cubes and give them a gentle stir. Top with the coffee using a spoon to create a layer effect. Finally, garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
